During the onboarding, I was originally paired with an intern, Amir. We both followed what the developer wanted in terms of tech limitations and the very few functions the client wanted.
After the first project was successfully finished, the client came back a few months later and wanted to start a new project with us, but it was mostly to:
1. Revamp what we originally designed
2. Update the web app's features and add 2 new forms processes
The client still only wanted what they prefer, visually, and we were happy to obliged. They were also more involved, which made the project go a lot smoother. However, I decided to take the creative liberty and recreate my own version of their app. With the version I made, I believe it truly follows the original objectives the client wanted... make everything visible from the get-go.
During the first project, the client wanted to include a Patient Directory and a Help Center for Admin Staff and Doctors to view. However, with the revamp project, the client wanted to remove both pages, and focus primarily of the Booking Function.
Compared to the old version, I believe that having all the appointments easily seen is better than having to click on a date one by one. However, if a user decides to see the appointments of only one date, then that will reflect on the booking list
