Writing Guidelines
A year-long background project with my colleague, Nora Li, where I’ve documented and aligned all basic components, plus authored an Accessibility Doc and Writing Guidelines doc independently.
MSPbots is an AI-focused analytics company that targets other MSP provides. At the time, the marketing team was understaffed, so they reached out to my team for help in creating and updating the company website.
Within the span of 1 year:

For each new page that needed to be made, I first had to take note what the current site wasn't answering.
This included:
I then used this approach with all the pages that came my way in order to keep the information uniformed.
Then midway through the year, the Marketing Team did a rebrand. so I simply followed how the new visuals were in order to stay consistent.
Each new page increased profile registration within their respective marketing campaign. Marketing team also reported instead traffic onto the website.
Before starting any revamp, I prefer getting a bird’s eye view on how all the pages are, noting any recurring patterns that can be retained and what’s missing.
On the original website, the containers were incredibly wide, and lacked context on the product itself. Asset visuals were also inconsistent. Lastly, royalty-free images were used as fillers rather than additional context that could help persuade a visitor to convert.
Before starting, I needed to know what our competitors looked like, more so how they presented their own product. The websites explored were IBM, Notion, Microsoft’s Power BI, and ClickUp on the visuals.
